Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations

Information on Examinations

Students who do not attend or fail the end-of-semester (final) examination may take the make-up examination without providing any justification.

In order to be eligible to take the final and make-up examinations for a course or practical component, students must have attended at least 70% of theoretical courses and 80% of practical courses.

Students who are unable to attend examinations due to valid and documented reasons must submit a written petition and supporting documents to the relevant academic unit within five working days following the examination date. Students whose excuses are approved by the Unit Administrative Board in accordance with the principles determined by the Senate may exercise their examination rights during the make-up examination period specified in the academic calendar.

Make-up examinations are available for midterm examinations; however, no make-up examination is provided for make-up examinations.

Additional Information on Examinations

Students who do not attend (FG) or fail (FF) the end-of-semester (final) examination may take the make-up examination without providing any justification.
