Duties and Responsibilities
- To plan, coordinate, and organize graduation ceremonies and related events.
- To prepare the ceremony program and oversee its implementation.
- To coordinate with relevant academic and administrative units to ensure the effective execution of graduation ceremonies.
- To monitor and manage all operational processes before, during, and after the graduation ceremonies.
