ICOPEC 2018 – 10th International Conference on Political Economy

The 10th International Conference on Political Economy (ICOPEC 2018), co-organized by Marmara University and held under the theme “Ten Years After the Great Recession: Orthodox versus Heterodox Economics,” was successfully completed at Panteion University, Athens, Greece, between 6–9 September 2018.

The conference brought together 102 researchers from 49 institutions across 10 countries, including Australia, South Korea, and Mexico. A total of 118 presentations were delivered, including 67 in English, 46 in Turkish, and 5 in Greek, with 15 presentations conducted virtually.

The 11th International Conference on Political Economy (ICOPEC 2019) was planned to be held at Marmara University Göztepe Campus between 25–28 June 2019.
