Q:

I couldn't take the midterm exam. What should I do to take the make-up exam?

A:

You must document your excuse. You must deliver your documents to the school by hand or through a relative within 5 working days after the end of the exams. Applications made by post are not accepted.

Q: 

What are the accepted documents for the make-up exam?

A:

These are documents such as approved rest reports from health institutions and organizations, accident detection reports approved by the traffic branch, approved death certificates, approved exam programs.

What are the guidelines and regulations that contain the procedures and principles regarding make-up exams?

A:

Q: 

Will my application be approved in all cases?

A:

No. Applications are examined and evaluated by the Faculty Administrative Board.

Q:

I am registered in a double program (Minor, Double Major, etc.). What should I do when my exams overlap?

A:

You must attach the approved (signed and sealed by the unit) exam schedule of the program you are registered to in your application petition. Overlapped exams should also be stated in the petition.

Q:

What should be in the content of my petition?

A:

You should specify the courses you want to take the make-up exam, including the date and time of the exam in the mid-term exam program, along with their codes. You must document your excuse by stating the reason. You must sign the petition. Student petition form is here.

I got sick on the exam day and got a report, when should I send the report to the faculty?

A:

You must send your excuse petition and report to the school by hand or through a relative within 5 working days after the end of the exams.

Q: 

I couldn't come to campus on the day of the exam, I received a letter from the doctor's examination that I was treated and discharged, is this document sufficient?

A:

No, the treatment certificate does not replace the health report. It is absolutely necessary to prepare a report containing information about the rest period and the number of rest days.

Q:

I got the internet print of the report document? Is this sufficient?

A:

In order for the internet printout to be accepted, signature and stamp of the relevant doctor is required.

Q:

I got health report from Monday to Friday. However I entered exams on Thursday because I felt good. Will my exams be considered valid?

A:

If you take any exam between the reporting dates, it will be invalid. If your excuse is accepted, you must take a make-up exam for the exams that you could not take during your sick leave period.

Q:  

On the way to the exam, I had a traffic accident with my vehicle or due to an extraordinary situation, I was stuck in traffic and could not catch the exam. What can I do in this situation?

A:

If you bring a signed accident report from the nearest traffic branch, you can take the make-up exam. The accident report between the parties is not sufficient.

Is there a make-up for the final?

A: 

There is resit exam week after finals week.

Is there a make-up for the make-up?

A:   

No.
